We offer a 14-day return policy on all jewelry from the day you received them. The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and must not show signs of wear.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@itaest.com with your order number, and we will send you a return label that can be used for the return shipment. Please include a reason for the return so we can ensure you have a better experience when purchasing our jewelry in the future.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, in which case we will cover the costs.

Please note that it may take a few days from the money being returned until it appears in your account.
